Q: Lead opt-out, users limit and mailbox questions
Hello,
I'm keen to buy before your price in increase so hopefully you can answer my questions ASAP.
Lead opt-out. When the AI sends a lead a set of email sequence. How can the lead opt out if they do not find my service offering suitable? Or will the AI keep sending them emails until it reached the end of the email sequence?
I've read that the AI cannot reply to an email if the lead reply to or ask a question, so do I need to monitor all email inbox and jump in if a lead reply or ask a question?
Your tiers have different Users number. What is this? Is this like allowing team members to log in and manage the account?
Would you suggest I connect my own business email account or set up a new email addresses when connecting to your mailboxes? In case my main email address get burn. Thanks.

1. Lead Opt-Out
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe/opt-out link. Once a lead opts out, they are automatically suppressed from receiving further emails.
2. Handling Replies
If a lead replies to your email, Nexuscale will automatically remove them from the sequence so they don’t keep receiving follow-ups. You’ll still need to respond to their message directly (through your connected mailbox), but you don’t have to worry about the AI continuing to send them more emails after they’ve replied.
3. Users / Seats
The “Users” in the plan refer to team members who can log in and manage the workspace. If you’re working solo, you just need one seat. If you want colleagues or VAs to manage campaigns, you’ll want multiple seats.
4. Mailboxes
We recommend connecting new dedicated mailboxes (e.g. kevin@company-outbound.com
) rather than using your primary personal or business email. This protects your main domain’s reputation. Mailboxes are inexpensive to set up with providers like Google Workspace or Outlook.
