Q: Leeds per month and one-time purchase
Okay, how does this leads per month thing work? There’s an add-on where we can buy lead credits for a one-time fee. How would these work with the monthly limit? Or do we need to purchase such leads every month?
Also, it is indeed a disadvantage for countries where English is not spoken that only English is supported. What are the plans for the future?

Leads per month are the contacts you can pull from Nexuscale AI’s internal database, and these refresh each month so you always have new leads to work with.
The one-time lead credit add-on is separate. These credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you want without worrying about monthly limits.
We understand that English-only outreach can feel limiting in non-English markets. Supporting native languages is something we’re actively working on and plan to roll out in future updates.

Yes, you can absolutely add extra leads in a given month using the one-time lead credit add-on. For example, if you want to boost one month with 500 additional leads, you can use your credits anytime without affecting your regular monthly quota.
Regarding languages, we’re rolling out native-language support on a quarterly timeline, starting with Spanish and French over the next few months.
