Hi Kevin , could you clarify when exactly is the lead credit deducted ?
1) I read this “ A lead is any contact you source from Nexuscale AI’s internal lead search. A credit is only used when you export that lead” . So if I buy tier 1 and deploy 5 agents , I would assume based on the set rules the AI agent well search signals and trigger the email follow ups . Is that correct ? So the AI is not searching to identify leads ? Rather it decides when is the high touch point time to contact the leads and personalize the mail based on intent scoring ?
So is it right to assume the agents won’t search leads based on preset rules ?
2) In your website I see “ You only see high-intent buyers who match your ideal customer profile.” So will lead credits get consumed when agents identify leads with high intent / when we export leads manually ?

When lead credits are used:
A lead credit is only deducted when you export a lead from Nexuscale AI’s database. So even if your AI agent is actively sending follow-ups or monitoring signals, your credits are not being used during that process.
How the AI agent works:
The agent doesn’t automatically search for new leads unless you specifically tell it to.
Its role is to monitor the leads you’ve sourced, detect high-intent signals, decide the optimal time to reach out, and personalize emails based on intent scoring.
High-intent buyers & credits:
You’ll see leads that match your ideal customer profile.
Credits are only spent if you export those leads, not while the AI is identifying them or sending outreach.
In short, think of the AI agent as your smart assistant optimizing outreach, while lead credits are spent only when you actually take a lead with you.

Got it so the lead credits is a tax on me exporting leads out of your database , fair point . This prevents abuse .Gotcha . And if I don’t export at all I don’t have any issues.But how sustainable is this ? Lemme think, the 50k mail limit is your cap to sustain ? Hope you have worked that math because we don’t want you to fail. Can I buy one time add for mails too During spike ?
Exactly,you got it! Lead credits are essentially a way to ensure fair usage of our internal database and prevent abuse. If you don’t export or add assign contacts from our database to agents, no credits will be deducted.
The 50k email/month cap is there to protect deliverability and platform stability, so the system can sustainably handle outreach at scale.
For spikes, we're looking into one-time email add-ons to give flexibility when needed, so you won’t be blocked if your outreach temporarily exceeds the monthly limit.
Sorry to bother you too much . AppSumo deal page says 450 mn lead database , I saw you mention 120 mn in this forum , in your websites I see 80 mn B2B . Which is the correct number ? Maybe am mixing things. Will plus members have extended access after deal ends . Why non refundable add on when 60 day refund period for core deal ?
Are you funded ? I saw somewhere you tried pre-seed . Do you already have MRR ? You have webhooks / api to integrate other systems ? Especially sendr which can dynamically create videos, so is it possible to use this in second mail sequence ?

Thanks Kevin . Yes pls get us the Sendr native integration & prioritize webhooks and ApI too . Can you add the feature additions like webhooks , api and the social media channels ( ig fb twitter) when it comes , that these features will be added to AppSumo buyers , if possible in deal page .
