Q: Tiers
Hello,
I am planning to start at the middle tier, but I am not sure which tier is good for me. I did a free trial, in which I got only 4 qualified leads, so if I join the tier for 600 or 1000 leads, but if I end up getting only 4 leads, then it is of no use.
I want to know how easy it will be to upgrade or downgrade tiers. Based on that, I want to join today.

Upgrading or downgrading is very simple, you can move between tiers at any time. If you start on a mid-tier and later find you need more leads, you can easily upgrade. And if you start higher and realize you need less, you can downgrade as well.
My suggestion: start with the tier that feels comfortable for your current goals, knowing you can adjust up or down without any hassle.

Sorry for too many questions, how many agents do we really need as I see code 3 has 15 and code 4 has unlimited agents.

It really depends on your setup. If you only target one ICP, a single agent is enough. If you’re going after multiple ICPs, it’s best to use multiple agents so each can personalize messaging and outreach for that specific audience (rather than constantly editing one).
