Good question! Lead credits are used either when you export a lead or when you assign it to an AI agent for outreach. This only applies to leads sourced from our internal database.

Exporting a lead takes it out of the platform for your own use.

Assigning a lead to an agent lets the AI manage outreach, follow-ups, and personalization—and this does count as consuming a lead credit.
