I've literally only had a chance to onboard and set up a single target (myself, for testing) and a single agent. I was able to successfully connect our Amazon SES account thru the SMTP settings, which is good because that account is fully DMARC and DKIM configured. At first glance the software seems extremely powerful and very deep. I'm excited to test more fully this weekend. I want to be sure I fully understand what I'm doing before unleashing any AI generated emails on cold leads. But I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. The email sent to me as a "target" was well constructed and very promising. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to seed the AI with specifics to get even more personalization.

For instance, there's a "notes" field for each lead; it would be fantastic if the AI agent would take those notes into account when drafting emails. Things like, "we were stationed at the same army base," or we like the same team, etc, would be fantastic. Fingers crossed that is the case. I'll report back when I have a chance to more fully run it thru its paces.

Right after purchasing, I went ahead and tried to setup the tool. The UI is pretty decent, and the UX isn't bad. I just hit an immediate road block and haven't been able to move forward yet. I have to buy a new email address for a subdomain, which I wasn't expecting to need.

Also, personal email accounts aren't supported. I tried to create a free Gmail for the expected spam blasts, but that wasn't accepted. It's only business accounts with custom domains that are accepted.

That isn't identified anywhere in the UI. You have to find out that hard way.

I need to add more detail for clarity. I have upgraded my review from 1 taco to 3 tacos.

There is alot here, so let's just dive in. Since this tool is supposed to send out cold emails, I absolutely don't want to use my existing domain to send those. Why? It would be a bad day if my normal business operations email got blacklisted. Especially if it happened because of a tool like this.

I created a free personal Gmail account and attempted to connect it. That was unsuccessful, but nothing happened at the time. So, I couldn't actually tell what was happening with it. I ended up deleting that Gmail account. Later on, after getting in touch with support and Kevin, I did try to create a new personal Gmail account but was blocked because I don't have another phone number. I also created a personal Outlook email and attempted to connect it. That resulted directly in an error that stated personal accounts weren't allowed. I have since deleted that account as well.

Since my experience resulted in both a personal Gmail and Microsoft email not being connected, and with the explicit error that states personal accounts weren't allowed, I did make the claim that it was both of them. I have been informed by Kevin (CEO) that this is not actually the case, as personal Gmail accounts are allowed. I'm not able to confirm, but I would assume that this is accurate.

Since I can't create a new personal Gmail, and personal Microsoft isn't connected, then I'll absolutely have to buy a new email address from Microsoft ($60/year) just to connect to this tool. It's not that expensive. I just wasn't prepared to deal with all of this stuff as I expected email to be included. Also, NONE of this difference is detailed in the app. Which is where most of my frustrations lie on the topic.

Support on the weekends appears to be nonexistent, as I never got an email response over the weekend. But since Monday (it's now Wednesday), I've received multiple emails from them. In fact, Kevin himself even handled my case just like he did here. That is something that I truly appreciate and applaud them for. I'm still not able to use the product until I get a new email address, but it was nice to see them take my problem so seriously.

Here is where things turn sideways. Aside from the emails, I also got a message on LinkedIn from Kevin. Initially it started out as added support, but quickly turned into an effort to manipulate reviews. He specifically asked me to "remove your review" escapade.

Yeah, no. I don't play that game.

After using the Nexuscale AI for about a week, my team and I have noticed both its potential and some current limitations. The software promises to streamline sales processes, and it's been very interesting so far.

Navigating the interface remains challenging to me as a it is not totally intuitive. Others on my team who have more technical acumen than I do have found it to be a bit of a learning curve but overall a well done lead generation and email outreach system. I for one, really appreciate the Nexuxcale AI team's responsiveness, particularly Kevin Kariuki, who is actively working to address the challenges we have brought to his attention. Their commitment gives me hope for swift improvements.

Nexuscale AI aims to consolidate multiple sales tools into one intelligent platform. If the improvements continue, Nexuscale AI could really become a standout solution in automated sales processes. I'm happily giving it a chance to see how it evolves, truly hoping it becomes the game-changer it aims to be.

*UPDATE*
I re-added one Taco because their team were able to fix the follow up issue pretty quickly which was blocking me! I can't put 5 tacos yet as there are still a few bugs and UI can still be improved (still confusing), but I know they are already working hard on it, and I really appreciate their responsiveness (especially Kevin) and they are taking our feedback very seriously! I'm happy to keep providing feedback because I definitely see the potential and I think it's going to be really good!

I have been using the app for about 3 weeks I believe now. I can see the potential of this app for sure! But right now, I am encountering too many bugs around the campaign, like it's not including all my follow up emails in the sequence, it's only planning for 1 follow up. I had planned for 2 follow up emails but the last one never gets included. It's preventing me from really using it right now...

I feel like there are still a lot of basic functions missing, little things, like how to delete or cancel a campaign. There are ways to do it but it's just not evident or intuitive for now. I find I get lost easily, and it's not because I'm not tech savvy! I think a lot can be improve in the general UI on how to find some basic things, like deleting, modifying, or just the general interface and where things are, I find it very confusing right now.

But I have to say that the team and the owner are very responsive and I know they are working really hard on fixing all of these! I have flagged several issues and Kevin, the owner always gets back to me quickly. I know they are right now working on fixing the follow ups missing, the email sequence, and they have also fixed other small issues I have encountered already.

Right now though it is hard to use though, but I want to keep giving it a chance to see how it improves! I just hope it improves fast enough before the end of the refund period, because right now I'm paying for another app to be able to send emails and it's costing a lot, so I cannot afford to pay for both if one is not usable at the moment.

When I first discovered Nexuscale, I was intrigued but cautious. It looked ambitious and well designed, but it also felt early. I decided to give it time, and I am glad I did. The pace of improvement since launch has been remarkable. The product has matured faster than almost anything I have seen on AppSumo.

What makes Nexuscale stand out is how intentional the progress feels. The updates are not random feature drops. They are focused, thoughtful improvements that move the product closer to replacing an entire outbound stack. You can tell the team truly understands how sales actually works in practice, not just in theory.

There are still a few minor rough edges. Some workflows could feel a bit more fluid, and a few areas are clearly being refined. None of that overshadows how capable the platform already is. The core engine behind lead discovery, signal detection, and AI-driven outreach is genuinely impressive.

It is rare to find a product that improves this quickly while maintaining a clear sense of direction. Nexuscale is not trying to be everything. It is trying to be effective, and it shows.

Huge compliments to the team for building with this level of focus and momentum. If you are serious about automating outbound and want something that keeps getting better every week, Nexuscale is worth the investment.
