Deeply disappointed by the poor implementation and yet another false promise. The LLM is unable to compose a single email in German, often mixing it with English. This means it cannot be used for cold outreach without supervision.

At the moment, this tool is not worth the investment. It currently does not function as intended. Despite setting the agent to Italian, it persists in drafting emails in English. Furthermore, the generated content is slightly off-target regarding my specific service, and the database for the Italian region is extremely limited.

The software shows promise, but it is currently too buggy to be functional, at least for users in Italy. I will not request a refund as I see the potential value if these issues are resolved; however, in its current state, it is useless to me.

I am incredibly impressed with the email writing, as well as the search results. I took the time to be really specific and detailed in the prompts, but I've used a handful of lead sources and am usually frustrated with the search results. These are excellent!

Also, the personalization was incredible, and it replaced what we were to start doing manually.

The idea is definitely good, but the executions not so much (yet).

Unfortunately, there are no contacts for Central Europe (Slovakia, Poland, Czechia), so better check your region of interest first. I will see whether they add any, during 60 days.

The filtering is IMHO not intuitive, e.g.:

The collapsing option do not work in FFox.
There is no autosuggest function in the fields and many other trifles, which make the search for contacts difficult

I did not test the other features because of the missing contacts but the search UX is not very good, so I recommend the authors to fix the most basic feature first before introducing advanced options.

I've literally only had a chance to onboard and set up a single target (myself, for testing) and a single agent. I was able to successfully connect our Amazon SES account thru the SMTP settings, which is good because that account is fully DMARC and DKIM configured. At first glance the software seems extremely powerful and very deep. I'm excited to test more fully this weekend. I want to be sure I fully understand what I'm doing before unleashing any AI generated emails on cold leads. But I'm impressed with what I've seen so far. The email sent to me as a "target" was well constructed and very promising. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to seed the AI with specifics to get even more personalization.

For instance, there's a "notes" field for each lead; it would be fantastic if the AI agent would take those notes into account when drafting emails. Things like, "we were stationed at the same army base," or we like the same team, etc, would be fantastic. Fingers crossed that is the case. I'll report back when I have a chance to more fully run it thru its paces.
