Bad search features
Nexuscale AI was honestly a waste of time. The whole point of using a lead-gen tool for LinkedIn is to target specific groups and communities, but this platform does not even let you select LinkedIn groups when searching for leads. That is such a basic feature that it makes the product feel unfinished.
The leads I got were random, poorly targeted, and half the time not even useful for real outreach. The “AI” feels more like a buzzword than an actual feature. I spent more time cleaning up bad searches and filtering junk leads than actually finding prospects.
For something that is supposed to help with B2B prospecting, it somehow makes prospecting harder. Feels like they launched the product before it was ready. I would not rely on this for serious lead generation at all.

Once you actually get into the platform after paying, you'll realize that they're still restricting so many features that it's rendered completely unusable out of the box. Complete waste of money.

Unusable due to a poor database (+ hidden costs)
Havent been able to use it to any benefit at all since purchase. They promised updates would aid in the use of the program, quality of the database and option to use LinkedIn automation separate. Unfortunately none of them are true until now. I gave it 2 tacos, as the developers are working hard and i hope for a more useable program down the line, but for nwo its a complete waste of money.

How do I get this company to stop sending me fake emails? honestly.
they all have the phrase Zinc-Zebra-Zenith in them. What's strangest about Nexuscale's product is most of the companies on it appear to be real and It doesn't matter how many time ones I send them to spam or ban them.
I reached out to the CEO Kevin when he attempted to upsell his customers on $3 a month price for I believe 30 email addresses. He said he fixed it. That was a month ago. It continues. The ultimate downside of AI.
I wish I could give Nexuscale less than one taco.
