Buggy
I like the concept of it but am finding it quite scary to use, due to all the bugs.
The AI seems to write slightly weird emails which don't sound very human, referencing events from some time ago. It's also difficult to influence the AI written emails.
Added to this, it schedules a random number of follow ups. In my settings I've configured 2 follow ups per email, but it has scheduled up to 26 follow ups for some accounts. I'd be pretty mad if someone followed up with me 26 times, so I'm worried this is going to hurt my sender reputation.
Hopefully they improve these issues as the concept is good.

Oct 3, 2025Hi phil78,
Thank you for taking the time to share this honest feedback and for bringing these issues to our attention.
Good news, we've already identified and fixed the follow-up scheduling bug in your account. We've removed the excess follow-ups that were incorrectly scheduled (including those 26 follow-up sequences). You should be able to check your account now and see that everything has been corrected to match your 2 follow-up settings. We completely understand your concern about sender reputation - we'd be worried too! and we've made sure this won't happen again.
Regarding the AI-generated emails sounding less natural and referencing outdated events, we're actively working on improving this. Your specific feedback is incredibly helpful as we refine our AI models to generate more human-sounding, contextually relevant emails. We're also working on making the AI easier to influence and customize based on your preferences.
As an early-stage startup, we're moving fast to squash bugs like these as soon as they're reported. We know that issues like this can be scary when your sender reputation is on the line, and we take that responsibility seriously.
If you notice any other issues or if the corrections we made don't look right, please reach out to our support team directly support@nexuscale.ai or my email kevin@nexuscale.ai We're here to make sure Nexuscale works reliably for you.
Thank you for believing in the concept and giving us the opportunity to make this right.
