This is a new tool on Appsumo with a great idea of combining a multi-step sales process in one software. Hopefully, the founder and his team will show commitment to their tool and add the features based on the feedback of appsumo shoppers.

I've been using Nexuscale's B2B lead generation, email sequence features and some other features for 24 hours only, but I've found them to be quite effective. However, I've noticed a couple of things that could be improved.

First, there isn't a feature to create separate workspaces, and second, the number of training videos is pretty limited. I saw on the roadmap that workspace creation isn't an immediate priority, and I'm really curious to see how their team supports the product in the future.

Features of Nexuscale

AI Sales Agents: Nexuscale is promoted as a single, autonomous AI sales agent that handles the entire outbound process, from finding prospects to running outreach campaigns.

Lead Generation: It has an AI-powered lead scout that finds prospects from a huge database (I've seen some materials say it has over 120 million contacts) based on my ideal customer profile. The AI uses different filters like industry, company size, and funding events.

Personalized Outreach: The AI analyzes prospect data from places like LinkedIn and news to write really personalized emails and messages, instead of using generic templates. It's designed to create messages that sound natural and contextual to get better engagement and avoid spam filters.

Campaign Execution: The platform runs multi-channel follow-up sequences across email and LinkedIn. It also handles adaptive responses by analyzing the sentiment of replies.

Real-time Insights: An AI Co-Pilot gives me real-time insights to help me prioritize deals and track my progress.

CRM Syncing: The platform can update my CRM records with contact data and interaction history.

My Concerns

Workspace Creation: I've looked at the AppSumo page and the company's website, and I haven't seen "workspace creation" listed as a feature. This lines up with my observation that the feature isn't currently available and isn't a top priority on their public roadmap.
Training and Support: While the company's website has a "Watch Demo" link and the AppSumo page mentions "fast setup," a large library of training videos isn't really advertised. This confirms my point about the lack of extensive training material. On the other hand, I did see that they offer dedicated success managers and strategy sessions for their higher-tier plans.
