At the moment, this tool is not worth the investment. It currently does not function as intended. Despite setting the agent to Italian, it persists in drafting emails in English. Furthermore, the generated content is slightly off-target regarding my specific service, and the database for the Italian region is extremely limited.

The software shows promise, but it is currently too buggy to be functional, at least for users in Italy. I will not request a refund as I see the potential value if these issues are resolved; however, in its current state, it is useless to me.
