Marketing and UI are awesome, and that is it :)
UI is great, setup pretty straight forward. Couple of things for which I decided to refund highest tier:
1. Leads are not high quality, bunch of them when you click on Linkedin, takes you to 404 Linkedin page
2. I read couple of emails that it wrote, as a marketer I have to say they are pretty questionable for cold reach, not quite sure how much is personalized properly
3. When you tring to search leads in "less" developed country, you really see the lack of it
4. You have to believe that it has high deliverability late, there is no way to be sure
5. Sheduling overlap - you can have bunch of agents being sheduled to send on same date which in total is over the daily limit you already set, so I got no idea are those mails sent the same day or tomorrow - maybe I missed it somewhere as a option and there is no notice like in hubspot sales proffesional.
6. 50.000 emails alone should be enough to get this deal if you have your own target list, but because of
need to believe that it works, and the fact that on over 3,4 weeks of testing the software with 2000 emails limit monthly, we didnt get a single reply, I have doubts that is effective, I dont know are they legit or I am just losing my patience with new tools :)
Overall impression, it has potential, but the feeling that all of us are used just for testing and product improvement :) Hope we helped and I hope I will regret for refunding your tool :) Thank you anyway

1. Lead quality
Our data refreshes every 2–3 weeks to maintain accuracy. You are right that some LinkedIn profiles can return 404s if users delete or rename their pages, but those cases are now rare. Lead quality across North America and Europe remains consistently strong. We are continuing to improve filtering to remove outdated profiles before they appear.
2. Email writing
The AI is fully adaptive. Once you set your tone, product details, and enable personalization, it writes contextually aligned outreach that reflects your exact positioning. The engine has been upgraded recently to generate highly personalized content using live signals, not templates. Many users report strong response rates after fine-tuning tone and value proposition inputs.
3. Emerging markets
Coverage in less developed regions is expanding as we add new data partners. Quality in those markets depends on local data availability, but it improves continuously. North America, Europe, and key APAC regions already have excellent depth and accuracy.
4. Deliverability and tracking
Deliverability, replies, bounces, and queued sends are all visible in your dashboard. You can verify all activity under Campaigns or Mailboxes at https://app.nexuscale.ai/mailbox. Every delivery event is tracked, logged, and displayed in real time.
5. Scheduling overlap
If your daily limit is reached, Nexuscale automatically queues the remaining emails for the next business day and skips weekends. This is handled automatically in the background. You can view your daily send limit and next scheduled sends directly on the Mailboxes page: https://app.nexuscale.ai/mailbox

6. Results and performance
Nexuscale agents are designed for signal-based, adaptive outreach, they perform best when given a clear ICP and value narrative. Many users who started at similar stages are now consistently generating replies once signals and copy are fully aligned.
