Nexusscale ai has strong potential, but it’s still early stage.
What I like:
The AI is genuinely impressive. As someone who works with LLMs daily, the prompting and personalization feel well-built. (Would love to know which LLM is used) ;)
Email personalization has three data sources (Company News, Website Analysis, LinkedIn Activity). This is a great start.
The team is under 10 people, and what they’ve already built is a solid foundation. I also like that they’re working on features such as email warm-up and health checks.
Questions and Suggestions:
Can personalization sources be combined? Right now, I have to pick one. Would it be possible to merge them for richer personalization (e.g., LinkedIn + Website + News together)?
If I pick Company News, how does it behave when the company isn’t active? Does it pull old news that might feel irrelevant?
If I pick LinkedIn Activity, does it only pull from the profile, or does it also include company-level information?
If I pick Website Analysis, can that personalization also tie to the person I’m sending the email to?
If these could work together, it would make the outreach much stronger.
What needs improvement:
Performance: The app is slow, with noticeable lag in searches and AI matches.
Bugs: For example, notifications tied to deleted agents still appear. These issues are only found through real use, but they need fixing.
Notifications: Every action triggers an email, with no option to turn them off. I received ~50 in a single day.
Campaign flow: The campaigns → agents → emails structure is confusing. Campaign goals auto-generate emails before setup is complete, and there’s no clear way to cancel or delete them. Ideally, one draft email should be generated first, then expanded only after approval.
Target lists: Importing and managing targets isn’t intuitive. Needs clearer UX.
Overall:
If you need a polished, ready-to-go solution today, this isn’t it yet. But if you’re buying AppSumo deals expecting early-stage products with growth potential, NexusScale.ai fits the bill.
My only real concern is that updates keep coming and AppSumo customers don’t get left behind. Some apps stop prioritizing lifetime deal buyers after launch, and if that happens here, it’s a no-go. But if the team continues to support and improve for all users, this could move from a 3-taco product today to 4–5 tacos in the future.

Oct 13, 2025Hi METERA,
Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review, really appreciate you taking the time to share this level of feedback.
A few quick notes to clarify:
Personalization sources:
We already partially combine sources today. If you select one (for example, Company News) and no fresh data is available, the AI will automatically pull context from another source, such as Website Analysis or LinkedIn, to keep the message relevant.
For LinkedIn Activity, it currently focuses on personal profile data only, since company-level information can often be outdated or less relevant to the recipient.
Speed and performance:
You’re right. you likely caught the platform during one of our Sunday database updates. We refresh and seed millions of new leads frequently to keep the data fresh and have the best in class data standards, and during that process searches can be temporarily slower. Everything returns to normal shortly after the update completes.
On AppSumo support:
We take that seriously, AppSumo customers are early adopters, not an afterthought. Every new feature (including email warm-up and health checks) rolls out across all tiers simultaneously.
Appreciate you taking the time to write such a balanced review, we’re committed to earning that 4th and 5th taco through execution, not promises.
