Still a lot of bugs
*UPDATE*
I re-added one Taco because their team were able to fix the follow up issue pretty quickly which was blocking me! I can't put 5 tacos yet as there are still a few bugs and UI can still be improved (still confusing), but I know they are already working hard on it, and I really appreciate their responsiveness (especially Kevin) and they are taking our feedback very seriously! I'm happy to keep providing feedback because I definitely see the potential and I think it's going to be really good!

I have been using the app for about 3 weeks I believe now. I can see the potential of this app for sure! But right now, I am encountering too many bugs around the campaign, like it's not including all my follow up emails in the sequence, it's only planning for 1 follow up. I had planned for 2 follow up emails but the last one never gets included. It's preventing me from really using it right now...
I feel like there are still a lot of basic functions missing, little things, like how to delete or cancel a campaign. There are ways to do it but it's just not evident or intuitive for now. I find I get lost easily, and it's not because I'm not tech savvy! I think a lot can be improve in the general UI on how to find some basic things, like deleting, modifying, or just the general interface and where things are, I find it very confusing right now.
But I have to say that the team and the owner are very responsive and I know they are working really hard on fixing all of these! I have flagged several issues and Kevin, the owner always gets back to me quickly. I know they are right now working on fixing the follow ups missing, the email sequence, and they have also fixed other small issues I have encountered already.
Right now though it is hard to use though, but I want to keep giving it a chance to see how it improves! I just hope it improves fast enough before the end of the refund period, because right now I'm paying for another app to be able to send emails and it's costing a lot, so I cannot afford to pay for both if one is not usable at the moment.

You’re completely right that the follow-up sequencing and some parts of the campaign flow haven’t felt consistent yet. The issue with only one follow-up being planned is something our development team is actively fixing right now. It’s a top priority because multi-step follow-ups are a core part of how the agent should operate. Once the update goes live, your full sequence will execute exactly as you set it.
On the usability side, you can already delete or pause campaigns and duplicate them by duplicating an agent. The problem is that these controls haven’t been obvious enough. We’ve heard this from several early users, and we’re making specific interface updates to improve visibility and navigation so you never have to guess where an action lives. It should feel simple, not like you’re hunting around the dashboard.
The truth is, a few of these early experience issues are the growing pains of building something deeply automated. Each week, we’re tightening the loops, clarifying controls, and shipping fixes fast. The feedback you’ve shared has directly shaped how we prioritize those changes.
I know how frustrating it can be to see potential in a product but feel limited by bugs and friction. You’ve been incredibly patient, and that means a lot. The team and I are committed to earning that trust by delivering fast improvements that make Nexuscale not just powerful, but smooth to use every day.
