Typically how many 120 second videos would it take to fill up the storage? If we reach that would we need to delete the older campaigns? What happens if a client then click the link on one of the deleted videos? Can we host the videos externally? AppSumo has some current video hosting deals running right now also.

From what I understand, it does not render each personalized video. You'd only be storing the core video and any overlay asses (images, lotties, etc). So, the storage should be sufficient for quite a few projects.
They also are offering AppSumo LTD participants a big discount on buying additional credits and additional storage space.
