NextMind is a great product. Its user interface is straightforward, it's easy to use, and makes content creation a quicker process. My only issue is with customer service. I messaged customer service a couple of times and have yet to get a response. I ended up figuring out the issue on my own after waiting a month.

I run a small tech and branding firm and am currently experimenting with several products to see which ones fit me best within my limited budget. I recently purchased a lifetime plan for this product from the next mind on app sumo.
1.First of all, it is quite unclear what is included in this package, since all the promotional clips suggest that it contains a keywords tracker and market research tools, which are not included.
2. There is no opportunity to chat with or receive assistance for customer issues, thus I must submit my review before giving them a chance to respond.
3. be wary of any prospective purchasers; it will require four credits merely to generate a blog concept and outline, which is excessive for just four to 10 lines.
Overall, it is just another AI writer, albeit a pricey one, as one could only output six or seven pieces for forty credits.
It produced decent content as quickly as any other AI writer in the market.
I generally do not request refunds, but if this programme does not have keyword tools I may do. within the first 30 minutes of use, I decided to write a review and want to request a refund. However, I would like to give the nexwriter representative an opportunity to explain maybe I am missing something.
