User-friendly UI and lightning support
A tool which every business regardless of it's size can benefit from.
Took me 30 seconds to figure out the UI. It's that user-friendly and intuitive. To make things even easier Katka immediately messaged me from the chat widget right within the interface and guided me through the entire process. Turns out there is way more than meets the eye. How often have I got ghosted once the customer has had their issue resolved is mind-boggling! With NiceReply, I can eliminate that issue!
Pros

✅ Makes you look professional in front of your customers
✅ Integrates with gmail and any crm for that matter
✅ Backlinking with the support ticket
Cons
None that I can think of as of now. I saw many people complaining about the "low" limits but I think 500 survey replies are more than enough considering 2-3 customers out of 10 will bother to fill the survey. Besides, if your business is support-heavy, you can always go for a higher tier :)

P.S- This is noway the same as Qwary. I've sent a message to Vishal and await his response in regards to product comparison.
