I’ve seen Nifty grow and grow, and become more and more useful over the past 2+ years since picking up this software from Appsumo. It truly is amazing and has allowed me to stay in sync with executive assistants, designers, staff, and more, all while using agile tools, without losing my mind. Nifty's interface is quick, fresh, and has so many useful capabilities beyond the big tech companies' project management softwares available — Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and, yes, Slack.

They’ve also beefed up their features considerably this year, with Goals (allowing you to track key performance indicators (KPIs)) and better mobile apps with the ability to view all tasks across teammates and view specific tags.

That said...
The one thing I’m waiting for is bulk export & backup. There is no way to download an archive or synchronize all of your hard work, the comments, the discussions, the files, etc. There’s only a task export to CSV file, and that’s it. I would be worried about relying on Nifty as the sole source for mission-critical data.

Despite the very few nitpicks I have, Nifty on Appsumo is not only an incredible value, but also an INCREDIBLY mature product. It works well, it’s reliable, and there are very few bugs. Nifty's user interface is on par—or even better—than most enterprise products out there. (I’m looking at you, Microsoft Planner and Sharepoint Lists!)

Out of all the deals I’ve purchased, I use Nifty every single day to communicate and coordinate with my team.
