Nifty is the best Project Management SAAS on AppSumo (and I've tried at least most of them in the past few years). Here's what I love:

* Their UI and UX are very good and better than all PMs that I've ever used including Asana.
* Their functionality is excellent. This is a complete project management system.

Here's what I love, but wish was different:

* Nifty Docs is very handy, but you are tied to Google with no Microsoft options.

Here's what I don't love:

* I've found their support to be mediocre.

Here's what I don't like:

* The Asana import isn't working properly. Shortly after max stacking this deal, I tried to import all of our projects from Asana. During the process, it prompts you to map users (from Asana to Nifty). Unfortunately, it is only allowing us to map 3 of our whole team, which makes the import useless. Originally, I was met with a 'it isn't us, it's you' type of response. Second attempt at support received a 'let's have some screenshots and we'll take a look' and get back to you at some indeterminate point in the future (which never happened after weeks). Third attempt was another 'it isn't us, it's you - you must have your users/teams setup odd in Asana'. Fourth attempt, within 24 hours of the third attempt, was a 'We are aware of the problem with the Asana import routine. We'll definitely have that fixed before the AppSumo deal can't be refunded.' Let's hope this is true!

Regardless, the UI/UX and functionality is so good that it narrowly still gets a full 5 tacos. If they improve support and get the import routines fixed and ever come back to AppSumo, I would max stack whether you need it or not.
