Disappointed by Customer Service and Perceived Discrimination at Nifty Technologies

I recently purchased the Nifty lifetime deal and was initially excited about using their project management tool. However, my interaction with their customer support took a disappointing turn.

After receiving a promotional email with a subject line that I found to be misleading, I reached out to the company to clarify my confusion about the offered discount. Instead of receiving a helpful response, I was met with unprofessional behavior from their representative, who used derogatory language and called me “ridiculous”.

What’s more concerning is that I felt the representative’s behavior was influenced by my ethnicity.

Experiencing this level of unprofessionalism and perceived discrimination has left me concerned about the values and integrity of Nifty Technologies. It is important for companies to uphold the principles of respect and equal treatment for all customers, regardless of background.

I urge potential customers to carefully consider the values of the companies they support and to seek out project management tools that prioritize respect and clear communication.
