Trello + Notion.so + Slack all-in-one, promising but buggy

I just purchased stacked 5 codes. I'm still a little bumped because 5 codes only get you 15 member accounts maximum.

However, I took a deeper look into the definitions of a member account and a guest account. Seems like guest accounts (which are free and unlimited), can be invited to your projects, and they pretty much have all access to the functions that a regular employee needs. The only practical limitation was that they were not able to easily see all projects under the Team (your company).

What I love
1. The UI is by far the most intuitive for a team that uses Scrum, as well as managing multiple projects in each function, as well as with overlapping timelines.
2. I love the fact that they have the important integrations such as Zoom, Direct Messaging and Google Drive (although I don't find it useful as my company has a strict policy on file ownership).
3. There is a mobile, native and web application, making it very competitive against their larger competitors.

What can be improved
1. It's difficult and troublesome to reach their Intercom help widget. You have to go through different pages in order to find the "get help" button.
2. There is no bitbucket integration
3. Their native document/text editor does not have an "undo" function and ctrl+z does not work. I accidentally backspaced 2/3 of my document and I can't recover it (LOL) -- their team is fixing it currently.
4. You can reorganise/rearrange your projects/portfolio order (just like how you can't rearrange slack's channels in the list)
5. I may be wrong about this - but I do not think that you can transfer members to another Team if you created another one. I stacked 5, and got 15 members, but when I created another team with my account, it does not transfer over.
6. I wished that they have a notion.so import function so that I can import all the documentation that is done easily
7. Their Trello integration does not function at the moment -- they mentioned that they are currently fixing it.
8. There is currently no public roadmap -- they did mention that they are going to publish it next week
9. Their mobile application does not have a "dark version" that their web application has. It's a small issue, but it looks disorienting from someone that is used to the dark version.
10. Their mobile application looks very different from the experience on the web application - unlike Trello, where both their web application and mobile application has very similar user experience and interfaces.
11. Some functions are bugged out, such as their text editor "import image" button being non-functional. -- they are fixing it
12. Their mobile application loads the "discussions" (or chat) page first when you open any project. I wish that it can open the milestones/tasks first. - it does not make sense to see the "comments/discussion" section first.

Some questions that I still have
1. How does NiftyPM compare with Jira?
2. Can I buy more users if in the future I need > 15 users?

Hey there!

Thanks for the review!

A lot of engineering teams are coming over from JIRA as Nifty is a little more user-friendly and allows them to run their dev ops in a more presentable way for company shareholders.

We'll be announcing shortly that we're allowing up to 10 codes to be purchased per team due to popular demand.
