Easy Feedback Platform for Content Creators & Freelancers
I quickly used it for a pdf and a video.
Everything works great...especially marking up videos. I didn't have to dig into the knowledge base to figure something out. I had it down in just a few clicks around.
FEATURE REQUEST: I wish there were an "arrow" markup tool in addition to the freeform.
FEATURE REQUEST: Video comments would be outstanding as some people can't explain changes by words alone.
I give it 4 stars because I don't like that the client has to create an account. After working with me, it's a dead account.
FEATURE REQUEST: It would be ideal to establish guest accounts.
If I'm sharing a link to one person, it's obvious that's the client.
If you're NOT a website developer get this.
I have Userback, but Niimblr is best for overall content creators.

You're pointing out some great feature requests and we have recorded them for future prioritization. 🗒️
- As for the arrow markup tool then you could use the “pin” 📌 as a temporary solution so you don't have to do freehand markup every time.
- Video feedback is awesome and definitely on our list of valuable features. 🎬
- It is currently possible to view and comment on assets without creating a profile already. We do ask for an email when commenting so that the commenter will receive email notifications if a reply is made, but you do not need to create an account to do so. ⏳
We are also looking into the possibility of opening up the project view for guest users as well.
Regarding what you mention as your main reason for the 4 star rating then we would love to hear more about your sharing requirements, because it is already possible to share an asset and get feedback without the client creating an account.
