Q: Activation is not possible due errors

I’m still unable to activate my Tier 2 license. Support asked me to retry, but the problem persists. Could you provide an update on the fix and an estimated timeline?

A: Thanks for reachign out. I just emailed you and asked which email you'd like to activate the Tier on? Because you emailed with a Hotmail but were also trying to activate using a Gmail account.
