Q: Is the support no longer available?

I have emailed a couple of times requesting support, but there hasn’t been any response. My credits are being taken away at a tremendous amount. Each query used to be one credit and now each query is taking 10 credits +.

Can anyone please help with this?

I have emailed a number of times asking this same question and have gotten no response. I see you guys pushing a new LTD, yet refuse to support Nily with updates. You've fallen WAY behind competitors and it's clear the writing on the wall indicates Nily won't last much longer. I can understand if you don't add Opus 4.6 and models that are super expensive, but there a LOT of new models out and we paid for updates when purchasing. Please update and keep it updated. Fix this before shoving a new LTD in our faces.
