On the 7th of january I wanted to ask a question here, but saw a comment by Nily that I would need to reach out by email. I did. Up to now have not had an answer. The support chat has been offline since the 20th of december 2025.
Several LLM-s (perplexity, Mystral, Claude) are reporting to be out of credits. This has been going on for weeks.
It's now a week later I've not had a response to my email.
I love Nily, but it has become unusable like this, which really is a shame.
When can we expect it to work again?
