I see you have a discord channel but it isn't active. What platform are you using to hear from your community after the Sumo run has ended? It's becoming more common as AI based platforms have come through this community for customer support to drop off within 2 months of the campaign run and I want to have something documented here to ensure that isn't going to happen.

What new features do you plan to bring to NILY that haven't been annouced? Currently, the platform is alright, it just doesn't have a clear USP. Nily isn't a singular agent nor does it really focus on agentic capabilites. It's a stateless chatbot. There are already so many of these on the market ( I have 3 LTDs like this that were purchased last month), that I'm concerned for Nily in the long term. I'm sure you're aware of these stats
