I picked up Nily AI via a lifetime deal hoping for a versatile AI tool for content creation and chats. While it advertises a ton of features (writing tools, integrations, etc.), the reality fell short. Many older functions are poorly maintained and simply don't work—I've run into constant bugs and errors. Chats lag badly, often freezing after just a message or two, and even basic responses take forever or fail entirely.

There's no Discord community or strong support channels, which makes troubleshooting frustrating. It feels like the team (small and newer, founded 2022) is overpromising with flashy features but not delivering on core reliability. Compared to smoother alternatives, this just isn't usable for everyday AI needs.

Unfortunately, these issues make it hard to justify keeping—requesting a refund to try something more dependable. Hoping for improvements in the future!

Update : From 2 stars to 1 star . No support at all. Email them they ask you to wait and no support ever again after that . This is not worth a cent
