unable to access the platform for the last two days
Honestly, I’ve been unable to access the platform for the last two days. I’ve emailed, and there’s been no reply. It just shows a message saying it’s not possible. Previously, they switched to the VEO3 system. I tried to use it, but it wouldn’t let me make any changes, and then it logged me out and I couldn’t sign back in. I made my last attempt 15 minutes ago and it’s the same story. If you can’t provide basic support, how am I supposed to cope in a situation that’s getting tougher?
