I have been using Notion & Loom personally but I was looking for an affordable and better tool, and surprisingly Nimbus landed in AppSumo.

I have used Nimbus chrome extension for screenshots for a while, and it is a very mature product. Nimbus note has been on my radar as well for a long time.

So here is how I am gonna kill 3 apps from my workflow with Nimbus now.

* Notes taking for myself and with my team (Kills Notion, will save me money as well)
* To take screenshots & screencasts for myself and my team can use it too (Kills Loom & CloudApp )

And thus I am getting a team plan, and get all my team to use it. I am also thinking to use it for tasks management and this might kill Trello from my workflow as well.

I got 1 code for now, and I wish they include the client portal for 1 code as well, as it is tied to the Business plan on their website and this Appsumo deal is tied to the Business plan, we should get what is listed there. Just my only request to the Nimbus team. If this happens, I would even be able to utilize this to create knowledgebase and for my products and can onboard clients. 😀
