Nimbus is a “one-stop shop” tool to replace most of the software I use. Nimbus is by far one of the best AppSumo deals I bought this year! It is packed with features that can replace most of the programs I use for my freelancing business and personal tasks such as schoolwork.

Separating tasks, notes, documents, etc. for my business from personal activities is straightforward using workspaces in Nimbus.

Nimbus is an excellent alternative to Evernote or Notejoy. The note-taking feature is very easy to navigate, and it has a clean and modern user interface. With the Nimbus iOS app, I can easily add tasks, audio snippets, and videos. It also has the scan capability, making it easier for me to scan pages of books I use for my classes. And instead of highlighting my printed books, I can use the scanned pages through Nimbus to highlight, annotate, and take notes during lectures. Also, the camera feature works excellent on taking pictures of PowerPoint presentations during meetings and seminars.

Nimbus is an excellent alternative to Loom, Hippo video, and Berrycast. With this AppSumo deal, the Nimbus team is very generous to include the web clipper and screen recorder, which have similar features, if not more, with other screen recording tools. The Nimbus AppSumo deal is a no brainer – you get more than what you are paying for! The only advantage of Berrycast (on AppSumo) over Nimbus is that they offer unlimited video storage.

(In my opinion), for what I use it for and intend to use it for, Nimbus is an excellent alternative to stackby, google forms, and airtable. The embedded table and spreadsheets can be used to add links, mentions, track the progress of projects, attach images, documents, etc. The possibilities are endless!
