I have spent countless hours (and $$ on applications) trying to figure out how to best organize my thoughts, idéas and work.
I did not know about this app before it came to AppSumo, but looking at what it could do made me realize this could be a very good tool for organizing all my stuff. It is just so feature filled and versatile for this price tag - I have spent more on simple "todo-applications" like Nirvana.

The mobile app is blazing fast, and synchronization between mobile app and web seams good - As I created new tags in the mobile app, I could see them popping up instantly in my computers web browser. I like it!
This makes someone who appreciate a good user experience warm inside.

After using it only one day, I have not yet had time to dig in to all advanced features of the application, and it will probably take some time to implement it in my workflow.
From my experience with it so far I believe that this will improve/facilitate the way I handle the following things.
* "Simple" todolists - since the mobile app is so fast and I like that you can toggle to show the completed taskts with a flipswitch.
* Document internal work flow processes and idéas - I think the templates will be helpful here.
* Scribble down new idéas fast, to later be refined and evolved when I have time.

As I redeemed my code yesterday, I do not have a lot of experience with this application, but judging by my first impressions with the web- and mobile applications, what I have seen on this deal page and Nimbus website, this is an easy 5 taco decision for me.
I feel this will be a good tool to really help my overloaded brain keep track of everything.
