I've been using the Tier 2 deal for a few days. The product worked well. I cleared my cache two days ago, and since then I haven't been able to log in. Your tool no longer recognizes my registered email address. Nor does it recognize my Google profile. I haven't been able to log in for two days, and your support simply isn't responding. What's going on? Are you not interested in your paying customers? What kind of business practice is this? I also previously sent a request to support asking why it's not possible to upload docs, txt, md, pdf, etc. files. No response from support here either! I've now turned on AppSumo. If this isn't finally resolved, I'll cancel the deal.
I love the easy access to different models, but it looks like any tools they might have are hidden away, such as internet search, connectors, etc. please clarify if Ninja Tools is strictly a "chat interface" only. Thanks.
Hi There, First of all, like the interface and the responsiveness from the founder! A few questions: 1. When you activate the enterprise features (I assume multiple workspaces, users etc.) - will that be available for Summolings? Tier 3 and 4 should be at least eligible for that 2. Especially for Tier 4, would you consider opening up API (the credit allocation of 100K chat per month would enable that) and that way I can integrate this into a workflow 3. Do you truncate responses from AI agent? Given you pay to the Open AIs of the world using token per x words. Is there a way for me to ensure that I get an as much detailed answer as possible, and maybe that requires more credit. Would you maybe consider charging for more credits and give users the option to choose GPT-5 thinking model or pro model? Thank you!
Can the models search the web? Nowadays, it is not enough to use only the LLM's knowledge; the LLM needs to search on the internet. Thank you!
