It worked fine in the past, but Anthropic Sonnet no longer works for me.
I submitted feedback after my email to their support address bounced back.
I used to really like this one, but it is turning into another disappointing purchase.

I've been using the Tier 2 deal for a few days. The product worked well. I cleared my cache two days ago, and since then I haven't been able to log in.
