Q: No Replays. No support!
I've been using the Tier 2 deal for a few days. The product worked well. I cleared my cache two days ago, and since then I haven't been able to log in. Your tool no longer recognizes my registered email address. Nor does it recognize my Google profile. I haven't been able to log in for two days, and your support simply isn't responding. What's going on? Are you not interested in your paying customers? What kind of business practice is this? I also previously sent a request to support asking why it's not possible to upload docs, txt, md, pdf, etc. files. No response from support here either! I've now turned on AppSumo. If this isn't finally resolved, I'll cancel the deal.

The only explanation I can think of is that it's due to my poor English. I can't log in! Your tool no longer recognizes my email address! When I click on the "Request new password" field, the message "This email address does not exist" appears. This shouldn't be a problem to resolve! So please do something to help me get access again! I've been waiting for this little thing for three days now.
