Zero reliability, non-existent support, and deceptive quotas

Ninja Tools is a service with an exceptionally low level of reliability. The disparity between their marketing and the actual user experience is staggering. While the Tier 1 plan explicitly advertises a quota of 5,000 messages without any model restrictions, the system begins throttling and limiting usage after barely surpassing 100 messages. And I’m not even taking into account the removal of Claude Opus from the plan without any communication; it’s clear that zero transparency is simply how they do business.

The technical instability is equally concerning. The platform frequently logs users out spontaneously, followed by hours of being unable to log back in, where the service remains entirely inaccessible. For anyone relying on these tools for a consistent workflow, this level of volatility is disqualifying.

Compounding these technical failures is a complete lack of accountability. Customer support is non-existent; I have been ignored for days attempting to resolve these issues. This is not an isolated case, there are reports of identical grievances. Selling a service that fails to meet its most basic technical specifications—while offering zero post-purchase support—is a deceptive and unprofessional business practice. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere.

It is honestly a shame that I didn’t request a refund while I still had the chance. Avoid this service at all costs.
