Product has bugs, support is okay
I had left a 5 taco review because it was very easy to install. Instantly started tracking sessions.
The A/B testing worked.
Event tracking didn't, so support and I scheduled a call for monday to fix it.
Monday came, and they no-reply-no-showed...
I even sent an email earlier in the day reminding them of the call.
To make matters worse, they replied once and then completely stopped replying...
Given that this bug hasn't been fixed, I give it a 3 stars.
Supports reaction makes me hesitant that this product will be around long term.
Also worth noting. The case study/reviews on the site are from the founder and his partner's own in-house brand (hence they say each quote comes from "brand management"). Not a red flag necessarily, but in combination with the above, it's worrisome.

As for the case study being from our Founder's own brand, we think this is indication that the product was specifically tailor built for an internal use case - that had demonstrable results (scaling to $600K)!
With these results, we saw the opportunity to provide these tools to the public and help them grow their business - just as our Founder did.
