Q: I'm sorry, but I still don't understand what the issue is with the coins.
On the AppSumo deal page, we see that it is 2000 coins for the second tier. In the "My Profile" settings on the Slice site, I see that I have an AppSumo Pro plan and that I have 2000 coins per month. Additionally, I see that there are more than 5000 coins there (but not 10000). How exactly do 10000 coins cover one year of 2000 coins per month? Is it possible to simplify the explanation here? Will these coins renew each month (or each year), and how many coins will each tier have in the end? I have a feeling that you have decided to change the deal on this page, and it's important that we understand it before proceeding. Thanks.
I'm so sorry for the confusion. Our intention was to get everyone plenty of credits to get started while we resolve the issue.
Not clear about what issue you are talking. Your pricing options from your website and the information under profile makes clear we are dealing with a credits per month situation. If not so, you should be honestly stating you made a huge mistake by offering this on AppSumo in the first place. Even rethinking your pricing model is not the way this works. Please do not make this an issue while this is not. Just answer: are these credits on a monthly basis or not. Just a yes or no. And if it is not possible to give a yes or no, you clearly do not have a fixed offer so I think you should withdraw from AppSumo untill you have a clear offer.

Sorry but still not clear. In your info "Some updates have been slow to roll out (like monthly recurring credits) as the team has been impacted by some global events." - I understand this. But this would mean that (on the longer run) we will get monthly recurring credits? This has been asked a dozen times now and still no clear answer: just "yes" or "no" please so I can decide to buy Tier 2 or ask for a refund. If it's only a technical issue to have monthly recurring credits working, that's not a big deal. But is it something you offer? Again: yes or no please.
