Q: Account Still Showing Tier 1 After Tier 2 Purchase
I just wanted to check on my account status. It’s currently showing as Tier 1, even though I already purchased Tier 2.
Also, in my AppSumo purchases, I can see that I have two NocodeBackend products, and both are labeled as Tier 1. I activated both of them using the same email address, but my account is still showing as Tier 1.
Could you please help clarify if these purchases are supposed to be stackable, or if I might have missed a step during activation?

These are non stackable products. These are licences. So you don't need to purchase two times. You just purchase the tier 2 plan and it will be good.
