We are Tier 2 customers and would like to know whether it is possible to purchase additional databases. Please state the unit cost for each extra database and whether the price or the maximum number purchasable varies between different service tiers. Specify any volume discounts, technical or administrative constraints, and the billing and activation procedures. Thank you!
