NoCodeBackend

Q: Difference among different lifetime tiers?

1. I see the main difference between tiers is the number of databases, and the Smart AI 1‑click database/API generator is available for all tiers except Tier‑1. Are there any other features restricted to Tier‑2 or Tier‑3 now, or planned for higher tiers in future? If so, which tier would you recommend?

2. Is the custom domain feature included in all tiers?

3. Can we add multiple custom domains (one per database) or only a single custom domain?

4. Lastly, how many team members are allowed in each lifetime tier?

I’m considering Tier‑2 since it includes the features I need and my database requirements are small.

A: Hi,
1. Tier 2 has 15 Smart AI credits, Tier 3 has 50, Tier 4 has 100 and Tier 5 has 250 Smart AI credits. No other restrictions except the availability of custom domain (available on Tier 3 and above) and user invitation (Tier 3 and above).
2. Custom domain was not part of this deal originally, but we made it available for Tier 3 and above after getting lot of user requests. Each of those tiers gets 1 complementary custom domain. You can purchase more with an affordable $9/month add-on.
3. You get 1 domain. You are free to purchase more.
4. AppSumo Tier 3: Can invite upto 3 users
AppSumo Tier 4: Can invite upto 10 users
AppSumo Tier 5: Can invite upto 20 users

5. Also — looking at alternatives like Supabase, I see limits on monthly active users, per-project storage, and other quotas. I don't see any such limits mentioned here. Are there any unpublished limits? How can I run a production-ready app with NoCodeBackend when I have no information about its limits? Please help with this.

5. There are no limits on MAU and per-database-storage as of now. We kept it in that way intentionally for this very first AppSumo campaign. We will be restricting and putting limits for our future campaigns (if any).

6. How sustainable is this tool? Suppose after months of hard work I develop a SaaS product based on NoCodeBackend, but after 2–3 years the platform shuts down. That would mean a huge loss of time and effort. How can you reassure me about the long-term sustainability of this project? I believe many of us share this concern, and for good reason. Please explain.

6. We have a runway for next 3 years. Again, no company wants to shut down their project. A tremendous amount of hard work has been put by our team, and you can see our 'Updates' section on what we have implemented since last 1 year. And FYI- We are in discussions for some VC funding as well coming months :)
