1. Does Tier 5 include 25 Pre-Hook workflows by default? I ask because the current AppSumo Tier 5 table does not explicitly mention 25 Pre-Hooks. Please confirm if they are part of the lifetime entitlement.
2. If yes, does the $29/5 Pre-Hook add-on add 5 more on top of the 25 included? Is the $29/5 add-on in the NCB Billing dashboard the same as the AppSumo add-on?
3. Does 1 Pre-Hook = 1 complete workflow, with multiple conditions/actions inside it, rather than each condition/action counting separately?
4. Can multiple Pre-Hook workflows be used in the same database across different tables/operations? And can multiple Pre-Hooks be attached to the same table and same operation (e.g. Before INSERT), or is only one allowed?

Yes. The $29 add-on adds +5 more workflows on top of your 25 (giving you 30 total). The add-on in the NCB Billing dashboard and the AppSumo add-on grant the exact same +5 entitlement.
Yes. 1 Pre-Hook equals 1 complete workflow. Each workflow can contain multiple steps, conditions, and actions chained together (up to 50 steps per workflow on Tier 5). Individual steps do not consume your 25 workflow quota.
Yes to both. You can use Pre-Hooks across different tables and operations. You can also attach multiple Pre-Hooks to the exact same table and operation (e.g. two different Before INSERT hooks)—they will execute cleanly in sequential order.
