Q: Please clarify users and database limits.
Please explain: when you say users invitees w/ database limits20 / Databases 250
Is it only 20 users as of clients who can have their own app?
Or 20 admins who can have access to build apps?
When you say 250 apps that means I can have 250 apps connected to each database?
How many users per database can I have ? Say I build a calorie tracker app in one database, how many users can download and use my app?
Can I connect my app with say GHL via your API?
What’s your up time like? Do you have any times when the system is down for repairs or updates?

Thanks for the detailed questions — happy to clarify.
1–2. User invitees w/ database limits (20)
These are the invitees, not your app’s end users. You can invite up to 20 users and allocate specific databases to them from your total quota. For example, if you have 100 databases, you can assign a subset of those to each invitee. They can independently manage their assigned databases, while you retain full control and visibility across everything.
3. Databases (250)
On the highest tier, you can create up to 250 databases within your account. Typically each app uses its own database, but the structure is flexible.
4. End users per database
There is no fixed limit on the number of end users your app can have. If you build something like a calorie tracker, thousands or even millions of users can interact with it through the APIs.
5. Integrations (e.g., GHL)
Yes — NoCodeBackend provides standard REST APIs, so you can integrate it with platforms like GHL or any other system that supports API connections.
6. Uptime & maintenance
We run on reliable cloud infrastructure designed for high availability. Most updates are deployed without downtime, and scheduled maintenance is very rare.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Riya
