My profile is telling me I dont have any plan but I do
No responses from support after sending in a ticket. Ill give It 24hrs but wish there was atleast a email sent after submitting ticket that notified my message was recived.

Just to clarify, your support ticket was submitted at 3:30 AM our time, and this review was posted about an hour later. We replied to your ticket at 8:00 AM, which was within our normal support hours.
Regarding the plan issue, I've checked your account and can confirm that your AppSumo Tier 2 plan is active. In fact, I can see that you've already created a database using that plan. This appears to be a browser cache/session issue rather than a problem with your subscription.
