The recent record limit per database for NoCodeBackend is considered insufficient for SaaS applications, making the platform unviable.

Furthermore, these recent critical modifications directly contradict the original terms and conditions of the AppSumo lifetime deal (LTD).

It would have been much more appropriate to grandfather existing AppSumo users under the exact original conditions of their plans, and instead launch a new LTD campaign with the updated terms for new customers only.

I was actually planning to upgrade to support NCBE's growth, but this decision is a major disappointment and leaves me unable to recommend the platform to anyone else.

Following my initial feedback regarding the database record limits, the NoCodeBackend team reached out to clarify that they are fully grandfathering early adopters.

For AppSumo users, the unlimited record limits will remain active. Although the UI for my Tier 3 plan still displays the limit, I verified that no limits are actually applied when creating a new database.

The team was incredibly fast, responsive, and helpful in addressing my concerns and clearing up any doubts immediately. This quick and fair resolution shows that they truly value their community.
