I have watched a video about creating a chatbot (https://youtu.be/DyrJvtozQW0?si=uGRppZLZDffQj3rd). Can a chatbot be created that saves past conversations the user has had with the bot? So that a user can log in, have conversations with the bot, and the user can view their own past conversations with the bot?

Thanks for this question. Within NoCode-X just about anything is in your control. You could store each message in the built in database. Store them by conversation & show a list of conversations to the users afterwhich the user will see the chat history of that particular conversation.
You have complete control what happens within your application.
