Q: In-app support and website inquiry
1. I cant find any in-app support/chat and I consider this crucial. Are you considering this?
2. I tried using the form on your website to submit questions. That was on April 14. I got an automated acknowledgement reply immediately. But yet to get the actual reply, even after a reminder I sent a day ago. The questions, I guess, are not appropriate for here but if you dont mind, I can post them here, since you are active here for now. Otherwise, could you kindly give an email address to send the questions to?
