Not Happy. Difficult to use. Credits aren't monthly renewals?
I'm extremely unhappy and wish I could get a refund. When I first purchased it, it seemed that the credits were renewed monthly, and I had opted for the highest Tier. Come to find out, it looks like the words “one time” were added to the product description. If I had seen that, I would have never purchased it. Also, not that easy to use. In rocket mode, I created an app, but it keeps crashing when I try to view it, or I'm unable to view it at all.

We've put a lot of work in, listening to our users trying to improve where we can. I would really love to speak to you if you have the time. The AI credits were always one-time. We believe this is the best way to offer LTD users a sustainable platform that stays alive instead of having to shut down because we cannot sustain the costs coming along with AI usage. As you might have noticed many AI LTDs doing.
With regards to the difficulty, it is true that there is a learning curve. I think you can see that we've done quite a lot to lower this learning curve in the last few months & will keep continue doing so. It would be awesome to talk to you as I hope you can guide me towards a better understanding of why you find NoCode-X difficult. This would help us immensely with improving NoCode-X. Also we can look together into why your application is crashing & fix what is necessary to fix.
