Support is non-existent
I've been stuck for nearly 3 weeks and I've contacted support 5 times and no-one has contacted me back. Support is essential to any product. You have to take care of your customers, no matter how good a product may be.

Really sorry about this experience. We try to follow up on support as fast as possible. However i've checked our support system and cannot find any entries in there that are 3 weeks old and have not been addressed. Can you please verify that you contacted support though support@nocode-x.com? We either have a different mail address circulating or mails being dropped on our support system.
It would help us tremendously if you could point us in the direction of the misunderstanding. This way we can fix this & help you & others.
