You can rely on the founders' help
I used this tool for a few months and tried to create something very simple - a messaging tool with AI, where on the backend, you can create a specific instruction prompt. I made it work! and deployed to the TEST environment. But after an upgrade of NoCode-X the functionality broke.
I tried to fix it in DEV environment so I could re-deploy to TEST but couldn't do it due to other UI issues.
Luckily, Tristan and his team were prompt to find the issues and fix them. We also had a conversation over a video call. Such personalized support is very helpful.
What would be recommended is a more thorough testing before rolling out upgrades.

Thanks for leaving this review. I do want to make some points here:
1/ We've indeed made a release where some pages were broken. We've fixed many of them & asked you to review your pages 15 days ago. We haven't gotten any response (see the screenshot in the discord channel).
2/ Never has anybody complained about 500 API's that are down. It could be that somebody had a 500 Internal server error which actually means the API ran into an error. Sorry you misunderstood that
3/ Your statement that nothing happens 10-15 days is probably linked to the fact that you don't answer to our reachouts.
4/ Every change is communicated in our newsletter & our weekly campfires.
5/ It can be that some of the videos are less relevant because of changes. We have platform that changes really quickly & very often & this is the result. We are doing our best to keep documentation up to date.
