SumolixieQ: I want Wordpress and user populate
how does that work if it's not direct user? Like if user logged in I want that logged in conversation. I have a client portal, can it show specific page and specific area instead of right corner rather inside a table or content? And does saves conversation. Thats all important to me, on my server only.

1- You can pass along the current logged in user upon instantiation of the chatbot. You will need 2-3 lines of code though. We can assist you with that.
2- You can embed the chatbot on an element on a page or have it popup if an element is clicked.
3- All the threads are in the noem.ai inbox waiting for you. Escalations to a human can be sent to you via email or integration into a ticketing system or crm if you'd like.
