I'm in real estate and I would like to automate and nurture when a lead comes into my crm. But before I dive into the nitty gritty of this, a couple of questions regarding the founder and the company.
1- Why was this product created by mr. Hindi ans is the company us based?
2- We see alot of LTD die rapidly because they can't transfer to a sustainable version of their business what's your mid term plan.
3- As of right now whats the weight of allowing users to have 7500 tokens in terms of cost for the business.
Now for the program itself.
1- Can I connect ANY crm to Noem and have it talk to the lead?
2- can it scrape the news on the net to build newsletter.
3- Can I teach it to extract data points from an excel sheet to automate CMA's
4- Once a lead comes in, can it call the lead or only sms

Yes, Noem.ai is US-based (San Diego, Ca) and founded by Daniel Hindi (ex-CEO/CTO of BuildFire). This is his 6th successful startup. Needless, to say he has a track record of success. BuildFire, was 10 years old when he sold it.
Our LTD model is only limited to AppSumo. Obviously, no business can be run on these deals and survive. The goal isn't to generate a ton of revenue from AppSumo, it is to give early adopters a chance to get a great deal on a relatively new product while the companies grow their user base, receive valuable feedback and increase success stories.
About the Platform:
Yes, you can connect any CRM with API or webhook access. Noem can respond to leads automatically.
Yes, it can pull news from the web and generate newsletter content.
Yes, you can train it to read Excel files and generate CMA-style outputs.
SMS is supported. Voice calls are not built-in.

And you talked about selling the other company after ten years, congrats on that. If ever you guys come to the poont of selling Noems. What would be the intention for the ltd users?
Voice is used currently in the chatbot to be able to talk to it instead of typing. The roadmap has an outreach component that will include AI speech. Biggest issue not is latency. But that will be fixed by our AI vendors soon. *IF* we ever sell, just like all the other companies, all contracts will be honored.
